At Caravan Link, signing up and listing your caravan for hire is completely free. You only incur a cost when a booking is successfully made. Here’s how the payment process works:
1. *Booking Fee*: Once a guest books your caravan through our website, a 10% commission fee, referred to as the booking fee for guests when making a booking, will be deducted. This fee is automatically processed by Caravan Link during the booking.
2. *Remaining Balance*: After the booking fee is paid, the host is responsible for arranging how and when the remaining balance of the hire will be paid. You can choose the payment method and schedule that works best for you and your customer.
3. *Deposit*: If you require a deposit, be sure to clearly display this information in your caravan listing. Additionally, specify when you expect the remaining balance to be paid, whether it’s in advance, upon arrival, or another arrangement.
This system ensures transparency and simplicity, providing flexibility for both hosts and guests.
