Caravan link is similar to AirBnb but for caravans where customers can book and hire a caravan for any length of stay just like you would a hotel. Caravans can be collected for a self-tow or drive service, delivered to a site and set up by the caravan owners if they offer that service or simple check-in to a stationary caravan in a certain location. Customers can speak directly to the caravan owner when bookings are made and we also provide insurance cover for caravan owners to give peace of mind

Once you’ve created your account, you can request to book a caravan to hire, some caravans may be available for instant booking.

When the host accepts your booking request, you’ll be required to pay a booking fee up front through Caravan Link, this is usually 10% of the full payment.

After that, the host will contact you direct and you may have to pay a security deposit to secure the booking directly to them, this should be stated in the listing when booking.  Each caravan host may have a different amount they require for the deposit. It’s important to communicate with the host to sort out the payment details.

In addition, you’ll need to pay the remaining amount prior to check in, this could be the day of arrival, up to a week or a month before or it may even be when the booking is made, this depends on the host. If you’ve booked within this time frame, you may be required to pay the full amount upfront.

It’s always a good idea to read each listing carefully as each hosts term & conditions may differ slightly.

The content for each caravan is different, quite often kitchen wear and utensils are provided but read the listings carefully as everything should be stated. Sometimes extra items can be hired for an additional fee such as awnings, delivery, outdoor furniture and bedding, this will also be stated on each listing. If in doubt, get into contact with the caravan host.

You will need a full valid driving licence and be within the ages of 25-70. Your licence may have no more than 6 points or had any major offences. Upon booking, caravan owners may ask for information so that they can carry out a DVLA check, information will include the drivers;
