Caravan link is similar to AirBnb but for caravans where customers can book and hire a caravan for any length of stay just like they would a hotel.

You may list touring caravans, campervans, motorhomes and static caravans on our website free of charge, the only time you pay commission is when you have a booking. Your caravan can be collected for a self-tow or drive service, delivered to a site and set up, if you offer that service, or customers can simply check-in to a stationary caravan in a certain location.

You can speak directly to the customers when bookings are made to arrange payments and inform them on any information they should need before their arrival.

Setting up an account on Caravan Link is quick and simple! Follow these steps to get started:

1. *Register for an Account:*

  • Create a username.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Set a password.

Important: Make sure to select the “I want to host” account option so you can list your caravans.

2. *Activate Your Account:* – After registering, you’ll receive an email with an activation link. Click on the link to activate your account.

3. *Complete Your Profile:*

  • Add your full name. 
  • Set a profile picture. 
  • Write a brief bio to introduce yourself to potential guests.
  • Enter your address.

4. *List Your Caravans:* – Once your profile is complete, you can start listing your caravans and welcome guests!

At Caravan Link, signing up and listing your caravan for hire is completely free. You only incur a cost when a booking is successfully made. Here’s how the payment process works:

1. *Booking Fee*: Once a guest books your caravan through our website, a 10% commission fee, referred to as the booking fee for guests when making a booking, will be deducted. This fee is automatically processed by Caravan Link during the booking.

2. *Remaining Balance*: After the booking fee is paid, the host is responsible for arranging how and when the remaining balance of the hire will be paid. You can choose the payment method and schedule that works best for you and your customer.

3. *Deposit*: If you require a deposit, be sure to clearly display this information in your caravan listing. Additionally, specify when you expect the remaining balance to be paid, whether it’s in advance, upon arrival, or another arrangement.

This system ensures transparency and simplicity, providing flexibility for both hosts and guests.
